Titan Tattoo Co. / Titan Tattoo & Piercing Studio ("Titan Tattoo," "we," "us") provides this notice about information collected through www.titantattoontn.com, our website contact and subscription forms, and our linked appointment-request forms.
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
When you contact us or request an appointment, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, preferred artist, proposed dates, and details about the service you are requesting. Tattoo inquiries may include reference images or photographs of existing tattoos. Piercing inquiries may include whether the client is under 18 and information you choose to share with the piercer. Our website also offers an email subscription form.
Please provide only information relevant to your request. Do not submit someone else's private information or photographs without permission. Contact the studio before sending sensitive health information or identification documents through a general website inquiry.
HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Information submitted for an inquiry is used to respond, discuss your requested service, connect you with an appropriate artist or piercer, and arrange appointments. If you subscribe to studio updates, your email address is used to send those updates. Information may also be needed to maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. Website inquiries do not replace the studio's separate intake and consent process.
SERVICE PROVIDERS AND ARTISTS
The website is hosted on Wix, and the linked appointment-request forms are provided through Wufoo. Appointment forms use Google's reCAPTCHA Enterprise service. Inquiries are handled by the studio and the artist or piercer involved in your request, using the services through which you contact us.
These providers process information in connection with operating their services. Their own privacy notices explain their practices. Information sent directly to an artist through an external website or social account is also subject to that service's policies.
COOKIES, MAPS AND INSTAGRAM
Wix and embedded features may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, cookies and interaction data. The site includes Google Maps and Instagram content. Loading or interacting with third-party features may allow their providers to receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies. Being signed in to a provider can affect how that interaction is associated with your account.
You can manage cookies through your browser and use privacy controls offered by the relevant provider. Restricting cookies or embedded content may affect some website features.
YOUR QUESTIONS AND CHOICES
Contact titantattoo@gmail.com to ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop sending studio updates. Include enough information to identify your request without sending unnecessary sensitive information. Requests will be considered in light of applicable requirements and any records the studio needs to retain. You may also use an unsubscribe option included in a marketing email, when available.
RETENTION AND SECURITY
The retention period depends on the information, the purpose for which it was provided, and applicable business or legal requirements. Contact the studio for information about a particular record. No website, email service or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
INQUIRIES ABOUT MINORS
Our piercing request form asks whether the client is under 18. Contact the studio about parent or guardian involvement and current age, identification and consent requirements before arranging a service for a minor. If you believe a child has submitted personal information that should be reviewed or removed, contact us.
LINKED WEBSITES AND UPDATES
External websites and social platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. This notice does not replace them. Updates to this notice will be reflected in the date above.
